@Johnny M
I'll be blogging about the process here. Probably going to even post the results of my various writing exercises. And depending on how well the stuff with 3 A.M. Epiphany goes, I may snag 4 A.M. Breakthrough, just so I can keep the thread of posting exercises going (and keep my productivity up).

I'm in the same writing boat. I've already crapped out on NaNoWriMo at 9000 words because my real life is too hectic and stressful to allow much creativity. I also have a pretty intense filter, and it doesn't help that what I've done so far doesn't pass muster to it. If you figure out how to do it, please let me know, and I'll buy a copy.

Hey, thanks for the insights on how making a regular habit of writing has an impact on creative productivity and flow. I have found that as long as I'm doing a little bit every day, my output of quality work is much higher. I've used The Write-Brain Workbook and found it useful. I'm very interested in the 3 A.M. Epiphany. Thanks!
