- The debacle of the Japanese Hayabusa probe should nicely shut up the people who believe that it’s much better to send robots than people.
- MK, the photographer extraordinaire, has a great list of photography apps on her iPhone.
- Over the years, I’ve become less and less of a fan of Dilbert. The “it’s funny because it’s true” laughter eventually became disillusioned and bitter. That said, I have a ton of respect for Scott Adams, and think he’s an exceptionally smart human being. His blog entry “Charged with Salt and Batteries” takes a look at the huge deposits of rare metals (like lithium) found in Afghanistan and the no-win situation it puts us in with regards to our military presence.
- P90X is an intriguing training program, and was recommended to me by several people, all on the same day. Kate and I are going to give it a try and see how it goes.
I’m going to start including a video with each of these weekly linkfests. Good stuff — “Airplanes” by B.o.B., done acoustic.

Let me know how P90X works for you – I need to keep in shape, and hopefully get in better shape, while I’m between jobs.
Will let you know. Kate and I are both attacking this.
