Buddy, you ARE a walking chemistry experiment. Have you done research into the vitamin supplements you take? I understand that your body can ‘get used to’ high dosages of C and it becomes less effective over time. I’ve been told that if you need to slam the C like you do, to give it a week rest every month or two so your body can drop down to ‘normal’ levels for a while and you’ll get the benefit of the high dosage when you go back on it.
