Man, I am pathetically out-of-shape. Time to whip myself into a frenzy for the last six weeks of road season, and for fall cyclocross season.

Wednesday:
Body weight: 201 lbs.
Distance: 27.9 miles

Avg. Speed: 15.1 mph
Max. Speed: 30.8 mph

Avg. Power: 143.2 watts
Max. Power: 844 watts

Avg. HR: 138.2 bpm
Max. HR: 169 bpm

Thursday:
Strength training and yoga on the Wii Fit. Probably not the best use of my time, but so what? I’m so out-of-shape right now that every little bit helps.
